I've believed if a design doesn't have a goal, there's no point to it. That idea shaped how I approached my first projects, and it still shapes how I work today.

Over fifteen years I've led design across agencies, national brands and FTSE 100 organisations, owning the full process, from the first client conversation through to a live, tested product. Clients like Nissan trusted me for over nine years. That kind of relationship doesn't come from deliverables alone. It comes from understanding what a business actually needs and being someone they want to work with.

Recently I have gained a Certificate in AI Fundamentals for UX, because I'm always looking to do the next project better than the last.
